  1. Wake to natural light to keep your body clock on track
  2. Meditate to start the day with a calm, clear and focused mind
  3. Drink water – hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!
  4. Move your body. Yoga, walk, stretch, run – whatever rocks your boat and gets the muscles moving
  5. Eat a healthy breakfast so you don’t flag and crave sugar
  6. Cuddle your loved ones, get the oxytocin flowing
  7. Shower to clear your energy and revitalise yourself
  8. Get up earlier than you need to so you don’t rush and stress, calm the cortisol
  9. Listen to ‘happy’ music, whatever that may be for you
  10. Read or write something inspiring, read an inspiring quote or make a note of what you are grateful for today
