Cranberry ANZAC Biscuits

Cranberry ANZAC BiscuitsIngredients:

125 g / 1 cup Uncle Tobys Oat Favourites – Brown Sugar flavour

60 g / ? cup Desiccated Coconut

140 g / ? cup Sugar

160 g / 1 cup White Wings Plain Flour

80 g / ? cup Dried Cranberries

1 tablespoon Golden Syrup

100g / ? cup Meadow Lea Spread (melted)

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 tablespoons Boiling Water

Method [makes 18 biscuits]:

1. Pre-heat oven to 150 ?C.

2. Mix your choice of Uncle Tobys Oat Favourites, coconut, sugar, sifted White Wings Plain Flour and dried cranberries together and set aside.

3. Mix baking soda with boiling water, add golden syrup and melted Meadow Lea spread.

4. Add to dry ingredients (listed above) and combine with a wooden spoon.

5. Place 1 tablespoon of mixture at a time on to a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake in a slow oven for 15 – 20 minutes at 150 ?C.

TIP:

To get a more perfect round biscuit for each recipe, place mixture into an egg

60 g / ? cup Desiccated Coconut

160 g / ? cup Sugar

160 g / 1 cup White Wings Plain Flour

100 g / ? cup Macadamia nuts (chopped or whole)

1 tablespoon Golden Syrup

100g / ? cup Meadow Lea Spread (melted)

1 teaspoon Baking Soda

2 tablespoons Boiling Water

Method [makes 18 biscuits]:

1. Pre-heat oven to 150 ?C.
