A sleek new addition on the Subiaco bar scene, Pure Bar is the first of its kind to open since changes to state government legislation have paved the way for smaller, 'Melbourne-style' venues to operate. Cool and chic, the contemporary fit-out keeps embellishments at a minimum. High bar stools and tables, sleek ottomans and cafe-style seating options are set against startlingly white walls. The massive bi-fold doors are ideal for uninterrupted street-side viewing or head to the curved bar to satisfy a thirsty palette.

A focused, small bar approach to food and drinks means tasty tapas and quality cocktails are the go here. Try the 'Pimp My Bubbly' with Pimms, Cointreau, mint and French bubbles accompanied by some tempting coconut prawns with plum dipping sauce. Larger appetites need not despair with a selection of mains like rib eye steak, and there are some breakfast options on offer also for those who choose to finish and start their day here.
