Colin and ReneeNo more Bridget Jones films for Colin
Colin Firth has spoken out, saying film-makers shouldn?t consider a third installment of Bridget Jones? Diary. He says all the lead actors in the film would be hesitant to sign up for a third film, as he believes the story has nowhere left to go. He said: “In the abstract, it’s unthinkable. I can’t think where a sequel would go. The only way where I could possibly imagine a third film being interesting is that if it showed us in an advanced state of decrepitude. Really puncturing the fairy tale completely might be a way to take it.”
JLo – alone at another eventMarital problems for J.Lo & Marc
Jeez what?s with these stars? Yet another Hollywood couple is on the road to Splitsville, although this ending is a little more predictable than most. Serial bride/divorcee Jennifer Lopez married Marc Anthony six months ago, but have shocked onlookers with two public brawls in the past fortnight. Her friends are even worried, one mate saying, ?She rarely goes out with him these days because she and Marc have recently either ended up having a blazing argument or sitting in stony silence. The whole problem seems to boil down to who’s boss. Marc’s a take-charge guy, and it’s Jen’s nature to resist being told what to do. They’ve ended up butting heads since day one.” Anyone shocked?
