Chocolate Fudge Pudding Recipe

Pudding Mix

2 Tablespoons softened butter

3/4 cup sugar

1 egg

Drop of vanilla extract

1/2 cup milk

1 cup flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

1 Tablespoon cocoa

3/4 cup brown sugar

3 teaspoons cocoa

Drop of vanilla extract

2 cups boiling water


Preheat oven to 175C. Make the pudding mix by creaming the butter and sugar, then add the egg, vanilla and milk.

Add the flour, baking powder and cocoa.
Place in a greased pie dish.

In a bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients well and pour over the pie dish mixture. Bake 50 minutes.
