If you don’t like your cocktails too sweet, this is the drink for you. Shochu is a Korean sake and its mild flavour balances that bright kiwifruit acidity in a super refreshing way.
2 shots shochu, sake or vodka
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
2 tsp simple syrup
Thinly sliced chopped fennel for garnish (you can also use rosemary sprigs)
1. Muddle the kiwifruit in a cocktail shaker.
2. Add the other ingredients to the shaker and stir well. Strain into a glass and sprinkle with chopped fennel or rosemary sprigs.
