The White Garden Sangria is a fruity combination of spring flavours, ideal for the warmer weather. Featuring whisky, cloudy apple juice, white winter, ginger beer and fruit, this is a refreshing twist on a traditional favourite. Recipe by Jared Plummer.

Makes 1.5L

200ml Maker’s Mark

200ml white wine (pinot gris)

400ml cloudy apple juice

400ml ginger beer

50ml fresh lime juice

In a 1.5L pitcher combine all of the ingredients with 2 cups of ice and stir well. Serve in long glasses filled with ice. Garnish with strawberries, lime wedges and apple slices.
