With Halloween fast approaching, we’re getting in the spirit by indulging in this cranberry, pumpkin and porter punch recipe. Carefully created by chef, Jamie Fleming, the flavour combination in this drink is genius, with spiced rum, pumpkin puree and sweetened condensed milk taking centre stage.
250ml spiced rum
200ml Ocean Spray Cranberry Classic juice
200g sweetened condensed milk
200g spiced pumpkin puree ice
Chocolate Porter, to top
Cinnamon quills and nutmeg, to garnish
- Place all liquid ingredients except Chocolate Porter into a punch bowl.
- Place desired amount of ice into punch and stir.
- Ladle 100ml of punch into a glass and top with Chocolate Porter to serve.
- Garnish glass with cinnamon quills and nutmeg.
