I'm tired of fighting against my worst enemy: acne:(
I really want to know which acne treatment is best, because I tried all acne creams with no result.

I also struggle with acne (and adult acne at that!). My sister tried Roaccutane with excellent results. My suggestion is to see a dermatologist. They normally can work out the reason for acne (eg. hormonal imbalance etc) and sort out a solution from there.

You're right, I called yesterday and made an appointment (here www.skinvitality.ca ) to see if I should start an acne treatment.
I'll come and share the reason for my problem, if they;ll find one:)

My doctor recommended I go on the pill to get rid of my acne... and it worked. I was on Brenda, and have now since switched to Yaz (but I think Brenda was better!).
Depending on how bad it is, its a good solution.
My brother had severe side effects to Roaccutane... Be aware of what you might be taking before you take it.

I don't trust pills, but if you say that's OK...

try a naturopath - you can measure hormones thru blood tests at your local doc but hormones can flucuate with periods, moods etc so its inconclusive. A natropath will examine your diet, your periods, your exercise routine, your skincare routine etc and should be able to give you an internal make over - this will fix your skin, hair, nails etc. Start on the inside!

The best way to effectively treat acne is by using the powerful healing quality of Aloe Vera. The extract from the Aloe Vera plant has long been used to treat cuts, wounds and burns and is considered to be equally as effective at treating acne. It works by moisturizing the skin, but unlike most of the basic moisturizing creams out there, it also heals the skin and will often heal the scars and redness associated with acne. So in effect it acts as both a moisturizer and an anti-inflammatory agent.

I have tried my grans remedy for acne. Make a small quantity of bicarb of soda into a runny paste with water and gently wipe it on your skin. Allow to dry then wash off.

It cleared up my skin.

Hope it helps if you try it out.

You can use Acne Control Advanced Time Release Tablets that is one of the world's most advanced clear skin tablets available today. It’s scientifically formulated to treat facial and body acne from within. Suitable for all skin types, it’s ideal for teenage and adult acne sufferers.
