She might be a gym junkie, but her secret for her rock star figure is just three easy exercises specifically for abs, and they only take a few minutes to do.

1. Trunk Twister

Stand with feet together, arms down, elbows bent to 90 degrees. Jump about 6 inches to left as you twist torso right 45 degrees. Repeat in opposite direction for 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 20 as fast as you can.

2. Hip Swivel

Get into a plank, resting on forearms, hands clasped. Lift butt toward ceiling while rotating left hip toward floor; return to plank. Repeat on right side for 1 rep. Do 3 sets of 20.

Swiss Spots Swing

Lie back, knees bent, feet flat on floor, arms at sides, palms down. Extend right arm overhead and left leg straight out, then bring right hand and left foot up toward each other as you curl your upper back off floor. Exhale; lower. Do 20 reps, then repeat on opposite side.
