The makeup at the Myer Spring/Summer 2014 launch paid homage to the Australian outback. Yves Saint Laurent Makeup Ambassador Natasha Severino created a stunning look with sculpted sun-kissed skin with playful flashes of pink and orange inspired by the rusty, sunburnt tones of the outback – perfect for spring and summer.

1. Ensure the face is prepped using the Clarisonic Cleanser, then massaged with YSL Forever Youth Liberator Cream

2. Prime the face with YSL Le Teint Touché Éclat Foundation matched to the chest and forearm, applied with brush and massaged into the skin

3. Use YSL Anti-Cernes Concealer broken down with a drop of oil and polish over areas of redness, sides of nose, chin and forehead

4. Use YSL Touché Éclat Highlighter under eyes. A lighter shade of Touché Éclat is then used to highlight the cheek bones, bridge of nose and chin

5. For contouring and bronzing, YSL Terre Saharienne Bronzing Powder # 20 is used under cheekbones and over temples to contour, blending from eyelid onto temple

6. YSL Terre Saharienne Bronzing Powder #1 is used as a slight blush on cheekbone, a mixture of #1 and #20 applied to chin and around hairline to add warmth and # 20 shaded over brow

7. YSL Pure Cromatics #8 golden shade applied as highlight over cheekbone, eye lid, temple bone and chin, the lightest tone used to highlight the inner corner of the eye

1. YSL Blush Radiance #6 applied at outer corner of eye, softly blended , finished off with a coat of YSL Baby Doll Mascara

2. Brows brushed up and strengthened with YSL Eyebrow Pencils

1. YSL Rouge Pur Couture Glossy Stain #21 is used all over the lips and then blotted with a tissue
