Dutch designer duo Viktor & Rolf teamed avant-garde paired-back aesthetics with sexy hair and the combo was a knockout. The hair “is very glamorous and free spirited,” says Eric Sebbag the Canadian born hair stylist who has created some of New York and LA Fashion Weeks’ hottest looks for clients including Chanel. “The look especially works if you have long hair.”



Here are Sebbag’s tips for recreate your own Viktor & Rolf worthy waves at home, using the brand new VS Sassoon Goddess Waves Styler with conditioning ionic steam.



1.Wash hair with a light shampoo and conditioner.

2. Add a volumising mouse and let hair air dry, or blast with the diffuser attachment.

3. Create 8 – 10 sections of hair, starting at the front section.
Clamp hair between plates for a few seconds from the root down using the VS Sassoon Goddess Waves styler. Gradually work down the shaft of your hair to create an even wave.



4. Once all sections have been styled, separate waves with your finger for added volume.



5. Finish off with shine spray.



Expert tip: To instantly “fluff” up hair, tip upside down before creating the part.
