Remember how good strawberry milk tasted as a kid? This nutrient and antioxidant-rich smoothie might be green but tastes just as good and is a fantastic way to start the day or enjoy mid-afternoon instead of a coffee!

Ingredients – serves 2

3 cups milk of your choice (try soy or almond milk for a nuttier taste)


2 cups fresh strawberries

1 tablespoon lemon zest

1 small orange, peeled

1 banana
1 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach


Method

1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
