What’s the best way to spend a summer’s night? Watching your fave flick on a rooftop overlooking the city with a drink in hand, that’s how!
Holy cow the Melbourne Cup is over! Hose the city streets down. Sweep the fascinators into the bin and banish men who wear sunglasses with suits. It’s time for Melbourne to reconnect with its softer, more refined cultural side.
Sitting six stories high above Swanston Street, Rooftop Cinema thankfully opens its doors to the public on Wednesday 17 November. Heading into its fourth season, Rooftop Cinema will continue to delight Melbourne folk
through the long lazy nights of summer with a combination of deckchairs, fresh food and drinks, great films… and blankets for the sissies.
Program highlights for part one include:
Blade Runner: Saturday 21/11
The perfect film for a city roof screening on the first Saturday of the season.
The Vampire Film Week: 08/12 to 13/12
