The best cookie on earth just got better.

Oreo have just announced it will be expanding its tasty cookie family to include what is quite possibly the best thing since the original Oreo came into our lives: Oreo churros.

After originally debuting the product in select sports stadiums and convenience stores to resounding tastebud-licking, Oreo have decided to make the new treat available in the freezer aisle of our local grocery stores in the coming weeks. Yay! Made of crushed Oreo pieces formed into a tasty churro shape and filled with the iconic white cream stuffing we’ve all come to love, Oreo Churros make every other freezer treat look like a poor man’s version of dessert.

And yes, they taste as good as they look.

Oreo Churros Are Here. And They're Ridic.

“We were overwhelmed by the national buzz surrounding the original Oreo Churros, so [we] immediately began working on a product line extension so that the snack was available to dippers or grippers,”J&J Snack Foods CEO, Gerry Shreiber said.

“We feel confident the portfolio now fits into any snacking occasion – whether around the table, in the car, at the movie theatre, on the sideline of a sporting event or wherever else our consumers enjoy time with family and friends.”

No need to ask us twice, Mr Shreiber. We are drooling harder than we did when we discovered you could add Nutella to pretty much any dessert and make it twice as good. We’ll take ten.

So to keep your tastebuds on alert for Oreo’s new cousin, we’ve complied four of the best recipes we could find that have this wonderful biscuit as their hero ingredient. You’re welcome.
