Are you trying to get pregnant? SheSaid looks at how to get pregnant from how to fall pregnant to ways of boosting your fertility. We share expert medical advice on getting pregnant faster and what to do if you’re just not getting pregnant. Our pregnancy guides are here to help you through your all your fertility questions with ovulation calendars and calculators, foods to eat to help you get pregnant, advice on getting pregnant after birth control and conceiving again after a miscarriage. We share importantthings for you to do – and avoid – before trying to conceive, including the right foods and vitamins for the health of you and your baby, pregnancy exercises as well as how long it usually takes getting pregnant. We’ll also break down the early signs of pregnancy to help you discover if you are pregnant, and which pregnancy tests on the market are the best before you visit your doctor for confirmation. For some women, conceiving happens on the first attempt as soon as they ditch their birth control, but for many others, getting pregnant is not quite so easy. This is actually the case and much more common for more women than we think, so try and relax if you’re experiencing the same. You’re definitely not alone. It’s important to understand this is normal, and to communicate with your partner about how you’re both feeling. Speak to your doctor or qualified fertility expert if it’s causing you concern. There are options if you’re finding it hard to fall pregnant including in vitro fertilisation (IVF) and adoption, and we’ll be sharing stories of both from women who have experienced the trials and tribulations of infertility. We’d love you to share your tips for falling pregnant as well as infertility in the comments to help other women.
