You love rocky road. And you love ice cream. Combine the two and you have one indulgent, summer treat. It’s fun to make homemade ice cream with the kids, so why not whip up a batch this weekend?
1 x 85g packet Aeroplane Wobble Chocolate
½ cup boiling water
2 cups thickened cream
½ cup dark choc chips, chopped
¼ cup roasted pistachios, crushed
½ cup mini rainbow coloured marshmallows
1 x 50g bar choc coated honeycomb, crushed
1. Dissolve Aeroplane Wobble Chocolate crystals in boiling water and place in fridge to cool.
2. Whip cream with electric beaters and beat in the cooled (but not set) Chocolate Wobble mixture.
3. Pour into a deep tray and freeze until icy. Whisk again and fold in choc chips, roasted pistachios, marshmallows and choc coated honeycomb. Freeze until solid.
4. Remove from freezer 10-15 minutes before serving.
