Sarah Jessica Parker has debuted her first shoe collection – and it’s straight out of Carrie’s fabled wardrobe.
The SJP shoe collection, which will be sold at Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com from 28th February, are made in Italy and range in price from $US185 to $485 ($207 to $544).

“I’ve been thinking of doing this for years but never found the right fit,” Parker said. “Everything needed to align, from quality to price point.”
“In a silly way, I think it’s what people have expected of me most because of Carrie Bradshaw,” she told Vogue last year when news hit she was designing her own shoe line.
So, let’s get to the shoes…
There are plenty of nods to Carrie, including a shoe named after the shoe obsessive. Parker describes the nude pointed toe T-bar heel as “a strong shoe that can be worn for day and night.” $350 ($392).
Sex and the City fans will love the Diana, which will be instantly recognisable as a nod to the iconic black Manolo Blahnik Mary Janes in the Vogue closet in the Urban Shoe Myth episode. $365 ($409).
The lipstick-red Lady is a classic pump, which Parker calls “polite and old-fashioned. It suits a wide range of women with its simple silhouette.” $350 ($392).
The Etta is an elegant strappy heel that we’d pair with a classic LBD. Parker says it’s “for short ladies like me! I made the T-strap lower to lengthen the leg.” $425 ($477).
The Alison “is for the girl who doesn’t want to wear a traditional ladylike heel but wants a bit of height.” $485 ($544).
And yes, there’s even a flat shoe, the Billie – a turquoise ballet. “I imagine every woman in these. They’re comfy and chic, especially with the low-cut front.” $185 ($207).
