Most cocktails are reserved for afternoon or evening enjoyment, but this fruity concoction can easily replace your bubbly over a champagne breakfast! Mr Dakins Breakfast pairs the sour elements of lemon, grapefruit and lime with sugar and marmalade, to create a perfectly balanced and interesting cocktail.
40mls Greenall’s gin1
10 mls pisco
30 mls grapefruit
15 mls lemon
Dash sugar syrup
1 large tbsp orange marmalade
- Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.
- Top with leftover marmalade foam and garnish with grapefruit zest.
