Combining the savoury elements of basil and chilli with the sweet and fruity flavour of passionfruit, it’s a taste sensation that’s sure to be a hit amongst friends.
30ml fresh passionfruit
2 leaves of basil + garnish
3 slices of red chilli
10 ml sugar syrup
- Muddle all ingredients together and stir.
- Garnish and serve.
