Throw your favourite fruit, a glug of milk, some Greek yoghurt and a little honey into the food processor, and a few seconds later you have a delicious on-the-go drink.
2. Instant porridge
Buy the plain, unflavoured instant porridge, heat up with low-fat milk and then add your own toppings, like a drizzle of maple syrup and chopped bananas.
3. Greek yoghurt ‘with the lot’
Top a tub of thick Greek yoghurt with flax, blueberries, almonds and a drizzle of honey and you have a delicious breakfast that’s packed with super foods.
4. Avocado wrap
Spread lavash bread with avocado, tomato and feta cheese, wrap and go.
5. Egg McMuffin
Make your own Egg McMuffin, the healthy way. Toast a multigrain muffin, while that’s happening get a microwave-proof cup, line with a little olive oil and crack an egg inside. Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium for 1 minute. Season with salt and pepper and slide into the muffin, with a slice of low-fat cheese. Yum!
