GRIT Strength

If you want to get super fit, super fast, GRIT Strength from Les Mills will get you there. The 30-minute high intensity interval training class burns fat faster than low intensity workouts and quickly builds athletic, lean muscle tone. The boot camp-style workouts are short, sharp and demanding, and combine weightlifting, running and plyometrics for a full body workout that increases aerobic capacity, strength, muscular endurance, metabolism and power.


Piloxing is a mix of – you guessed it – Pilates and boxing, and it’s one of the hottest new fitness trends right now. It blends the power, speed and agility of boxing with the beautiful sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. The dynamic training routine incorporates the use of resistance tubing to target all your core muscles, including your abs, glutes, back, obliques, and the “slings” connecting the upper and lower body. A couple of sessions a week and you’ll have abs of steel.

A dance class like no other, Bokwa does away with difficult choreography, instead asking participants to draw letters and numbers with their feet while performing an energising and addictive cardio workout routine to chart topping hits.
