A sneak peak at Autumn fashions

Layers are popular this season, with a luxurious mix of rich colours, fabrics and cuts. Melissa Peras of Peras Designs has designed her range based on strong prints and feminine shapes. A lively all-over floral print on silk is balanced by a border print on delicate wool. Softly tailored jackets are included to be worn
without constriction, and are versitile to be worn at any occasion. Plum and mustard moods intertwin with buttermilk tones for a sophisticated day to night look.

Plum is certainly the colour of the season as it envokes thoughts of luxury and wealth, which is particularly popular this season. Wear it as a stylish separate in the form of a cropped velvet jacket or cute handbag. It looks particularly good in formal wear, such as Mr K’s Purple Patch collection which features rich embroidery and stunning beading. Hollywood influences appear in long dresses, flowing skirts and asymmetrical special occasion separates.

Slouch bags are still hot this season, as they’re versatile and easy to wear. Wear it with a tailored outfit to relax the style a little, or add it to any casual outfit. It looks great in good quality suede or leather, although these cute Condura slouch bags are gorgeous.

Solve those bra strap issues with Bra Buddies. These clips attach to the back straps of your bra so you can wear your favourite bra with gym tops, cutaway dresses and singlets. Anything that hides ugly bra straps while enhancing a perfect bust is ok by us!
