Channel Ali Macgraw in the early 1970s with a beige suede skirt and knee-high boots. This look is perfect for the cooler weather since suede is quite thick and warm – plus it looks amazing with just about any overcoat.

If you’re looking for an alternative to a leather jacket, blazer, or coat, then suede is your best option. You can easily layer it with other pieces for a trans-seasonal look, or simply wear it casually with jeans and a t-shirt.

Suede heels look amazing when paired with a fairly monochrome outfit, since they provide some texture to an overall look. Although they do require a little more maintenance (cleaning etc), they mould to your foot for a comfortable fit.

A beautiful suede bracelet or cuff is another great way to pay homage to the 70s. Layer it with some other gold, silver, or even rose gold pieces for a truly unique look.

Finish off your outfit with a versatile suede bag that fits all of the essentials. If you’re more of a night owl, then a suede clutch is the perfect carry-all for your phone, wallet, and some makeup. Be careful of lighter shades, however, since they can transfer and ruin the leather.
