Celebrity Splits

It’s not a great week for celebrity relationships.

Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel have announced their decision to move on after three years together. The notoriously private couple say the split is mutual but amicable, and will remain friends.

Just months ago Biel told Vogue: “(Our relationship) is the most precious thing that I have in my life, and I care about it so much that I don’t care about what anyone says or thinks.”

Earlier this week Aussie poppet Sophie Monk revealed she had called off her engagement to 51 year-old French millionaire Jimmy Esebag, 51.

The odd couple had become engaged after a three month romance, but only last week it wasn’t looking good. “I’m so unjealous. I’m too lazy,” Monk told Today FM co-hosts Kyle Sandilands and Jackie O. “I’m like a commitment phobe. For me to even make the step of being engaged is a lot.”

Monk, 31, was previously engaged to Good Charlotte guitarist Benji Madden.

Gorgeous Ryan Phillippe broke up with girlfriend Amanda Seyfried two weeks ago but the photogenic couple were pictured today looking very cosy, so it looks like it’s game on again.

But sadly one of the longest celebrity relationship does seem to have come to an end. George Michael’s partner Kenny Goss has left the singer after more than 15 years together. Seems he’s had enough of Michael’s troubled lifestyle, including drug-induced car accidents (one which landed him in jail late last year) and infamous philandering.

Maybe this is the wake up call the 51 year-old singer needs to get his life back on track.
