Chicken Avocado Patties Recipe

Who doesn’t love a bit (or a lot) of avocado? Try these amazing chicken avocado patties which are perfect for lunch or even dinner. All you need to do is throw in a few chunks of avocado into the burger right before grilling. Did we mention you can also substitute the chicken for turkey or even fish?

Ingredients

1 pound ground chicken

1 large ripe avocado (cut into chunks)

1/2 cup bread crumbs

1 chopped clove of garlic

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix the garlic and bread crumbs together in a food processor, then blend the mixture into the ground chicken.
  2. Chop the avocado into chunks and add them to the mixture without flattening the shape. Form 4-5 patties and grill until well done.
