Cindy Crawford’s Diet And Fitness Secrets

I recently spotted Cindy Crawford in New York and couldn’t believe how amazing she looked, especially at 45! She recently showed off her amazing figure at the Venice Film Festival in a old Hollywood red gown. I tracked down her fitness and diet secrets and found out they’re pretty easy – most of us can follow them!

Her philosophy to looking her best is also refreshing. “I try to be 80 percent good, 80 percent of the time,” she told Us Magazine last year. “We all know when we’re blowing it, but as long as you don’t do that all the time…”


Cindy is a fan of push-ups, squats and crunches at home. She also loves to hike around her Malibu home.

Her other fitness secret is the Power Plate, which also helps to reduce cellulite.

“I was hoping you could just stand on it but it doesn’t work that way,” she joked. “But it’s all about breaking up your routine because if you get bored, then you stop doing it.”


A typical breakfast is porridge with blueberries, packing in fibre and antioxidants. Lunch can be a salad with chicken breast or prawns. Her favourite dinner is fish and vegetables. And she’s not immune to snacking, admitting to “a little chocolate” from time to time.

“I have a daughter (Kaia, nine), so I eat consciously because I want her to see me eat healthy and not think that she can’t have dessert ever,” she told US Magazine. “I think it’s a bad example for her.”
