30 ml Havana Seleccion de Maestros (or your favourite amber rum)
75ml pineapple Juice
45ml Canton Ginger Liquor
3 slices fresh ginger
2-3 dashes fresh lime
Blend ingredients in a cocktail shaker until foam appears. Combine with ice and garnish with grated lime.
