Not every cocktail works in the cooler months but this one is one of our favourites. Ease into the weekend with this aromatic, warming cocktail.
Glass: Cocktail or Coupe
60mls Maker’s Mark
20mls Sweet Vermouth (Red)
10mls Maple syrup
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
1. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass then fill with ice. Stir with a spoon for 15 seconds & strain chilled drink into a chilled cocktail glass.
2. Garnish with a large orange peel (slice off a peel of orange and snap over the surface of the drink to release the oils and drop into the drink).
