Cocktail For The Weekend: The Louis Armstrong

Celebrate the start of summer with the Louis Armstrong punch created by leading bartender Jason Williams. A guaranteed crowd-pleaser, simply prepare a pitcher or two as guests arrive, garnish with fruit and mint leaves, and serve!

Serves: 6


150ml vodka

200ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

100ml raspberry puree

150ml cloudy apple juice

4 dashes of Angostura Bitters

100ml sparkling mineral water

Cubed ice

Orange wheels, raspberries and pomegranate seeds


1. Add all ingredients to a pitcher or bowl.

2. Add ice 20 mins before serving and garnish with fruit.

3. Garnish individual glasses with fruit and mint leaves.
