Warmer weather has us preparing for sunny afternoons and balmy nights spent sipping on cocktails with good friends. We say goodbye to winter comfort foods and warming drinks and make way for light, fresh cocktails that scream summer.
For those fond of tequila-based cocktails, or new to them, Tequila Blu shares a new way to mix up your margaritas!
Cucumber and Mint Margarita
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
⅓ cup Tequila Blu
2 tbsp sugar
1/4 lime juice
1/4 cup chopped mint
2 tbsp orange liqueur
6 ice cubes
Garnish with cucumber slices and a salted rim
- Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute.
- Pour into two salt-rimmed glasses.
- Garnish with slices of fresh cucumber. You can add more ice if the mix is too thin and create a frozen margarita. Tasty!
