Nail care
Here are some natural ways to care for your nails!
· Take 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
· Mix with 2 tsp. of pure almond oil
· Both of these oils are rich in essential fatty acids which will help strengthen dry and brittle oils
· Dab on nails and leave for 3-5 minutes
· As this is completely natural, you can use as often as you like!
Natural teeth whitening
You aren’t fully dressed without a big white smile! Here are some tips to whiten your teeth:
o The most effective whitening ingredient is baking soda
o Apply directly onto your toothbrush or into your toothpaste
o Gently brush your teeth and gums
o Use this technique a couple of times a month
Or try this…
o Carrots, apples and celery require a lot of chewing. Chewing stimulates salvia production which fights the bacteria which changes the colour of your teeth
o Alternatively, rub carrots directly onto teeth
