Fruit Ice Blocks Recipe

How refreshing do these homemade ice blocks look? They’re so much better than store-bought icy treats. Let your kids pick their favourite fruits and flavour combinations.

Equipment
6 x ¼ cup capacity plastic popsicle moulds
Note: plastic cups and Paddle Pop sticks can be as an alternative

Ingredients
¼ cup of Barker’s of Geraldine Fruit Syrup of your choice
1 ½ cups of room temperature water
9 of strawberries, sliced
1 kiwi fruit, peeled and cut into slices
12 of white grapes,  halved

Method
1. Mix ¼ cup of Barker’s of Geraldine Fruit Syrup of your choice with 1 ½ cups water and set aside – ratio can be adjusted to personal preference.

2. Evenly divide chopped, mixed fruit amongst popsicle moulds and carefully top with Barker’s of Geraldine Fruit Syrup mix.

3. Place lids of moulds, freeze for four hours or until frozen and serve.
