George Clooney’s Sex And Drug Scandal

As George Clooney and his fiancee Elisabette Canalis celebrate their one year anniversary, a potential sex and drugs scandal could destroy their relationship.

Elisabetta has been named by Italian prosecutors as one of the models who allegedly took cocaine in Milan nightclubs that have been closed by police because of their links to prostitution.

It is claimed that models including Elisabetta took cocaine at hotspots The Club and Hollywood and were paid to party with customers.

“Their job was to encourage these customers to drink alcohol to increase the table’s bill, followed up by sex off-premises,” says prosecutor Frank Di Maio.

“The girls were often given cocaine by those who wanted to sit at the table of famous people.”

Elisabetta was named by a one-time French model, who later turned to prostitution, Karima Menad, who told police: “I remember taking cocaine with Elisabetta Canalis and two others. We were in The Club and it was December 2008. We had been at a party of some famous, rich celebrity whose name I cannot remember. I don’t remember who brought the drugs but we all took it.”

However Elisabetta has had very little to say on the matter, except to accuse those who spoke to police of being jealous.

“There are some people who just don’t want to see me happy. The best way to confront this jealousy is to be happy.”

Whether this damages their relationship, or George’s squeeky clean image, is yet to be seen. The investigation continues.

Do you think this will damage George Clooney’s reputation? Or is he likely to move on to another georgeous lady?
