Ingredients – serves 2
3 cups milk of your choice (try soy or almond milk for a nuttier taste)
2 cups fresh strawberries
1 tablespoon lemon zest
1 small orange, peeled
1 1/2 cups loosely packed spinach
1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately.
