Ingredients

1 ripe avocado

1 cup light unsweetened coconut milk

1 frozen banana, chopped

3-4 tbsp agave syrup

2 tbsp lemon juice

Method

  1. Chop up the banana into thin slices, since this will make it easier to blend and won’t clog up the blades.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and use the smoothie setting on your blender. Add a few ice cubes to keep the drink cool and refreshing.
  3. If your banana is already quite sweet, then it isn’t crucial to add the agave syrup. Enjoy cold.
