Here’s How To Make Caramel Apple Mimosas

Aka: the only cocktail recipe you’ll ever need again.

Caramel apples and this time of year go together like Kim K and Kanye.

There’s something about that crisp first bite, followed by the ooey gooey goodness of sweet caramel trickling down the back of your throat that conjures immediate childhood nostalgia.

And now, a very adult version of the sweet treat is here to ensure we enjoy one of our fave tastes as grown-ups. Say hello to the caramel apple mimosa, aka, possibly the most moorish cocktail ever, thanks to this criminally easy, almost-too-delish-to-be-true recipe from delish.com

What you need:

2 tbsp caramel
2 tbsp cinnamon sugar
1 cup apple cider
5 shots of caramel vodka
1 bottle of champagne
Apple slices, for garnish

How to make it:

1. Pour caramel sauce in a small dish and cinnamon sugar into another. Dip champagne flutes into the caramel dish to rim each glass, then follow by dipping in the cinnamon sugar dish.

2. Pour in the apple cider and caramel vodka, then top with champagne into flutes.

3. Garnish with an apple slice and serve immediately. Yum!
