Increase the amount of protein in your diet which helps to increase metabolism and help you feel fuller for longer.
4. Add fibre
Increase fibre in your diet to aid digestion and help you feel fuller for longer.
5. Healthy snacks
Pre-prepare healthy snacks to keep you going in between meals – great snacks include fruit with low fat yoghurt, carrots with low fat cottage cheese and dried fruit with nuts.
Incorporate incidental exercise into your life so that it becomes part of your life.
7. Drink more water
Drink at least 1.5 litres of water a day to keep hydrated and help with detoxification.
8. Build a support network
