It’s A Baby Boom For Miranda Kerr And Princess Mary

What a weekend for gorgeous babies!

First, Miranda Kerr gave birth on Friday night to a baby boy in LA. Mum and dad Orlando Bloom are doing well, with Kerr’s parents flying in two weeks ago to be by their side. No names have been chosen yet.

The little one automatically gets US citizenship being born in the States but Kerr has always maintained her children will be “Australian through and through” with plans to apply for Australian and dual citizenship.

Now that’s going to be one good-looking kid!

Meanwhile on the other side of the Atlantic Princess Mary has given birth to twins, a boy and girl to join Prince Christian, five, and Princess Isabella, three.

A tired but relieved Crown Prince Frederik told the press waiting outside the Copenhagen hospital that mum is doing well, and that the boy arrived first, followed half an hour later by the girl.

Mary and Fred are some of the spunkiest royals out there so these two will no doubt be just as photogenic!

2011 is shaping up to be quite the year for celebrity babies, with Natalie Portman, Pink, Toni Collette, Mariah Carey, Christina Applegate, Penelope Cruz, Jennifer Connelly all pregnant and due to give birth through the year!

Congratulations to Miranda, Orlando, Mary and Frederik!
