Madonna Publishes Children’s Book

Madonna is planning a global assault on bookstores September 15 with the release of her first children’s book, The English Roses, which will be published simultaneously in 30 languages and 100 countries, according to reports. Madge will travel to Paris to unveil the first of five volumes in September. Details of the singer, actress, model and mother?s highly anticipated first book remain under wraps until the release date but media reports said the fables would contain elements from kabbalah, an esoteric, mystic offshoot of Judaism. Don?t think J. K. Rowling if Madge writes like she acts.

News is that the former Manpower spunk popped the question to girlfriend Siobhan Way, a jewellery designer from Perth last week, although we?re yet to hear the details of the proposal. The pair has been dating for less than a year and are the latest in a recent spate of celebrities to catch the love bug in recent weeks. 60 Minutes reporter Peter Overton also proposed in the last week and received the nod from gorgeous newsreader Jessica Rowe!
