Mariah Carey And Nick Cannon Renew Their Vows In Fairytale Ceremony
Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary this weekend by renewing their vows at Disneyland in – what else? – matching princess and prince costumes.
The couple decided to close Disneyland to the public and throw themselves a fairytale-inspired ceremony in front of 250 guests outside Sleeping Beauty’s Castle. They imported 15,000 flowers from South Africa, Holland and France and 10,000 crystals for the party.
The R&B singer, 43, tweeted out a photo of herself decked out as a princess: “Celebrating our anniversary @ #dembabies birthday (can you believe they’re 2??),” before riding a horse-drawn carriage to the ceremony.
Twins Monroe and Morrocan (who’s second birthday also fell on the anniversary) accompanied their parents to the party. After the party, Cannon, 32, took over the DJ booth and partied into the wee hours while guests rode rides and enjoyed a lavish buffet.
