Meat-Free Mondays: Sage And Garlic Spaghetti
This delicious trattoria-inspired pasta dish takes less than 10 minutes to make, and is perfect for when you’re just too tired too cook, but want something really delicious.
1 garlic clove, finely sliced
25g Lurpark Spreadable Slightly Salted
Leaves from 2 sprigs of sage
Large handful of rocket
1. Cook the spaghetti in boiling, salted water.
2. Meanwhile, heat a small pan, melt the Lurpak butter, add the garlic and cook until lightly golden.
3. Sprinkle in the sage leaves for a further minute, taking care not to burn the garlic or sage.
4. When cooked, drain the pasta and pour over the flavoured butter. Stir well to coat all the spaghetti. Stir through the rocket and serve.
