It’s Friday afternoon and most of us deserve a yummy drink to soothe the nerves and prepare for the weekend. This Tequila Blu Cardamon Mojito is just what you need!
Tequila Blu Cardamom Mojito
- Muddle (bartender lingo for mix!) 3 lime wedges and a teaspoon of vanilla sugar in a tall cocktail glass.
- Add 45 ml of Tequila Blu, 2 dashes of cardamom bitters, 6-8 mint leaves and a scoop of crushed ice.
- Churn well.
- Add a dash of soda water and fill glass to the rim with additional crushed ice.
- Garnish with mint and a lime wedge – ENJOY!
