Trio of Dips
Vaalia Low Fat Natural Yoghurt is not just a healthy snack but makes a super tasty base for a stack of dips. Serve with your choice of crackers or corn chips.
Vaalia Guacamole
Ingredients:
1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
1/2 cup (125g) Vaalia Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
A squeeze of lime or lemon
Method:
Simply mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
Handy Hint: If you like your guacamole with a little heat, add a few drops of Tabasco sauce and mix well.
Vaalia Hummus
Ingredients:
400g tinned chickpeas, drained, rinsed and pureed
1 cup (250g) Vaalia Low Fat Natural Yoghurt
1 clove of garlic crushed
Juice of half a lemon
Method:
Simply mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
Handy Hints: To impress your guests, serve hummus in a bowl drizzled with olive oil and a sprinkling of paprika.
Vaalia Tzatziki
Ingredients:
1 cup (250g) Vaalia Low Fat Natural yoghurt
1 medium Lebanese cucumber, grated
1 clove garlic crushed
A squeeze of lemon juice
Method:
Simply mix all ingredients together and season to taste.
