POM Morning Shake

Who has time for a proper breakfast? This delicious fruit shake is packed with antioxidants, vitamins and protein and is perfect when you’re on the go!

Ingredients

• 1 cup POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

• 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk or regular low-fat milk

• 2 ice cubes

• 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks

• 2 tablespoons slivered or sliced almonds

• 2-4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)

• 1 teaspoon honey or to taste

Preparation

• In a blender combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice cubes, banana, almonds, protein powder (optional), and honey to taste. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds.


• Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
