Madonna back on the horse
Just weeks after injuring herself in an equestrian accident, Madonna has jumped back on a horse. She broke five ribs fractured her collarbone in the incident on her English country estate. At the time, she claimed she would never ride a horse again, unless she got permission from her record label, as they are “not very keen on the idea of me injuring myself.” This most recent riding attempt was in the name of publicity, so obviously was an approved expedition. She was promoting her new album on The Late Show with David Letterman then she and Letterman each mounted a horse and rode down New York?s West 53rd St. Looking nervous, Madonna told reporters “I have a bit of excitement tainted with fear.” Considering the stilettos she was wearing, no doubt the horse was feeling a bit of fear also.
