How To Create This Season’s Hottest Party Look – The Sexy Updo

With the party season just around the corner, it’s time to pop open the champagne, slip on the stilettos and wear the hottest new hair style around – the sexy updo. Spotted on the red carpet at the 2010 Emmys, celebrity hair stylist David Babaii gives us tips on how to recreate this sexy new look that will be sure to make you stand out in a crowd.

1. After washing your hair, spray David Babaii for WildAid Bohemian Beach Spray generously through from your tips to your roots. To create waves and shape to your tresses, twirl sections of your hair and allow them to dry naturally or alternatively you can opt to use a diffuser.

2. Once dry, create a quiff like Heidi Klum’s by distributing a small amount of David Babaii for WildAid Volcanic Ash Sculpting Clay through the front of your hair. This will allow you to achieve the height and create definition without looking stiff.

3. Start pulling back sections of your hair to create either a low bun or ponytail at the back of your neck and fasten with bobby pins. Try not to make your hair look overly styled as this look is all about keeping it sexy and natural.

4. Finish with David Babaii for WildAid Mise en Plis Light Styling Spray for long lasting hold while giving your hair a beautiful shine.
