It’s Melbourne Cup day and that means one thing: cocktails! This refreshing lemon and raspberry-flavoured cocktail, recently featured at The Million Dollar Lunch, is a crowd-pleaser and quick to make with only 4 ingredients – cheers!


45mls Maker’s Mark

15mls Bols Raspberry

Barspoon of lemon curd

10mls lemon juice


Add all ingredients to a highball then fill with crushed ice swizzle. Garnish with a large mint sprig and some raspberries.
