Table4Ten Hiball Cocktail Recipe

Engineered by Benito Drovandi of Sydney’s hip Toko Bar, the super-refreshing Table4Ten Hiball with MARTINI Rosato and POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice is topped with San Pellegrino Aranciata and finished with a wedge of lime. The result is an intense fusion of Mediterranean crushed oranges and Californian pomegranate, strong in flavour and high in vitamin C with antioxidant properties. Perfect for spring!


30 ml POM Wonderful 100% Pomegranate Juice

60ml Martini Rosato

Top with San Pellegrino Aranciatta Rossa

60 ml fresh orange juice

Garnish with lemon and orange wedge

1. Build in HiBall glass over ice.

2. Garnish with the lemon and orange wedge.

Sydney’s hip Toko and Tokonoma Lounge have created this refreshing new cocktail creation to the summer menu called the ‘Table4Ten Hiball’. $5 from each cocktail sold through to Christmas will be donated to the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia.
