Mary-Kate Olsen is Engaged to Olivier Sarkozy

Mary-Kate Olsen is engaged to Olivier Sarkozy, the half-brother of former French president Nicolas Sarkozy.

Olsen, 27, and Sarkozy, 44, have been dating since 2012. The couple’s 17-year age difference (and height difference) have made them a hot topic for celebrity gossip.

This will be the French banker’s second marriage. He has two children – Julien, 12 and Margo, 10 – with former wife Charlotte Bernard. They divorced in 2011.

Cate Blanchett’s Happy Marriage Secrets

Cate Blanchett has been married to Andrew Upton for 16 years, and reckons she knows the secrets to a happy marriage.

The 44-year-old Oscar winner says trust is a huge part of their marriage, so much so that they have the same email address.

“We work together and it’s a way of synchronising our lives.  I can see what he’s up to – it’s not that I don’t trust him,” she told The Daily Mail.

Despite playing a neurotic scorned woman who suffers a breakdown in Blue Jasmine, in real-life, Blanchett couldn’t be further from her character, admitting that being a hands-on mum to their three sons – Dashiell, 12, Roman, nine, and Ignatius, five – is important to her.

Family life in Sydney is “a well-oiled machine,” she says.

“I’ve got a whole system going. I know what has to be done by the end of the evening, and what has to be done by the end of the morning.

“Three lunch boxes, three school bags, three sets of school uniform. Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but I have to write everything down.”

Despite her hectic filming schedule, she makes sure she’s never away from her children for more than a few days.

“When we did Blue Jasmine in San Francisco, they came with me. I’m about to do a Cinderella film for Disney, and that’s over the holidays, so they’ll come too.”

Sarah Jessica Parker’s Happy Marriage Secrets

Sarah Jessica Parker says the secret to a happy marriage is very simple – just don’t talk about it.

She and Matthew Broderick, 51, have been married for 16 years and have three children – James Wilkie, 11, and twin daughters Tabitha and Loretta, four.

“The secret is, we don’t discuss it. To reporters or anybody else. That’s it!” Parker, 48, told The Huffington Post. “We don’t hold it up as an example and we don’t air our dirty laundry.”

Her relationship advice about staying away from celebrity gossip comes at the start of a busy year for Parker, who just launched a Hallmark greeting card collection, will soon debut her first shoe line, and will appear on stage with Blythe Danner in fellow actress Amanda Peet’s off-Broadway play The Commons of Pensacola.

Parker also raved about her children and how creative they are.

“My daughters write thank you notes, and they’re just learning to read and be able to spell.

“They’re all preternaturally gifted artists — they probably spend 80 percent of their free time drawing. Every morning before breakfast, we have to drag them away from drawing and painting, even my son. They’re far more gifted than I ever was.”

Nicole Kidman: Tom and I “Lived in a Romantic Bubble”

Nicole Kidman has opened up about her marriage to Tom Cruise, describing their intense relationship as “deeply romantic.”

Kidman, 46, revealed that being an A-list celebrity caused her and Cruise, 51, to feel like they were living in a “bubble.”

“There is something about that sort of existence that, if you really focus on each other and you’re in that bubble, it’s very intoxicating, because it’s just the two of you,” she tells Vanity Fair’s December issue.

“And there is only one other person that’s going through it. So it brings you very close, and it’s deeply romantic.”

The Oscar-winning actress admits that not many people can understand the intensity of their 10-year marriage.

“I’m sure Brad and Angelina have that, because there’s nobody else that understands it except that person who’s sleeping right next to you.”

The Aussie actress was quick to point out that she’s much happier now with husband Keith Urban, 46. The couple have been married since 2006.

“With no disrespect to what I had with Tom, I’ve met my great love now. I didn’t want to jump from one relationship to another … I was a child, really, when I got married. And I needed to grow up,” she admits, alluding to the fact she married the Hollywood star when she was only 23.

Kidman might be busier than ever – she’ll next be seen on the big screen as Princess Grace of Monaco – but she loves living in Nashville with Urban and their two daughters, Sunday, five, and Faith, two, as she says, “because I can kind of have a very odd, idiosyncratic kind of path.”

Keith Urban: Nicole and I Enjoy “Sex Texting”

Keith Urban has come out and said it: he and wife Nicole Kidman enjoy what most of us do – sexting, or “sex texting.”

In an interview with Ellen DeGeneres, the country music star and American Idol judge was asked how he and his wife of seven years keep the romance alive.

“We just make it work,” said Urban, 45. “We never text, we never email. Phone calls only, which I really love that.”

Kidman, 46, is currently in London shooting a movie, while Urban is touring the States and busy with Idol commitments. Their two children – Sunday, five, and Faith, two – are staying in London with Kidman.

But pressed by DeGeneres about how they stay in touch, Urban admitted that they actually do send text messages.

“Maybe one text. Maybe one cool kind of, you know…yes, one of those ones with the accompanying photo. One of those kind of texts.”

And typically, the talk show host would not leave him alone. “What kind of text? What do you mean?” DeGeneres joked.

“Nice sex texting,” he admitted. “I’m a little red right now!”

Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom Separate

“Despite this being the end of their marriage, they love, support and respect each other as both parents of their son and as family,” the statement continued.

Bloom, 36, and Kerr, 30, quietly marriage in July 2010 after making their relationship public in 2008. Their son Flynn was born in January 2011.

Naomi Watts on How She Picked Up Liev Schreiber

Naomi Watts has revealed how she picked up boyfriend Liev Schreiber – and it’s kind of dorky. We love it!

The adorable couple, who have been dating for eight years and have two sons – Alexander, six, and Samuel, four – were introduced in 2005 at the Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala. And as soon as she set eyes on him, she planned to pick him up.

“It was a lot more ballsy than I would ever normally be,” the actress tells the November issue of Allure magazine. “Normally I want a guy to make the first move, and he wasn’t.

“Then he got up to say he was leaving and I was like, “Oh s***. Probably another couple years are going to pass by.” I was wildly attracted to him and his work, so I said something cheeky as he was about to walk out.

“I said, “Don’t you want my digits?” Because I couldn’t possibly say, “Would you like my phone number?” It made him laugh. He texted me five minutes later saying, “Would you like to go for a drink now?” And I said, “No, I’ll meet you for breakfast tomorrow.”

And the rest, as they say, is history.

Watts, 45, also spoke about her acting career, pointing out that she’s being offered better roles as she gets older.

“Women in their 40s have gone through quite a few different things, and so the roles are going to reflect that,” she said. “People say, “Oh, it’s done by 40,” and now everyone knows it’s not. I actually feel like the roles are a lot more interesting.”

Watts’ latest work, controversially, was playing the Princess of Wales in Diana, and she’ll next be seen in the all-star cast film Birdman.

Elle Macpherson has tied the knot with her billionaire fiance, Jeffrey Soffer in Fiji.

The couple dated for two years before splitting in March 2012. But the model rushed to his side following a horrific helicopter crash in the Bahamas in November last year, which killed his friend and saw Soffer undergo surgery for a fractured vertebrae.

The real estate developer is based in Miami, and Macpherson is believed to be preparing to relocate there from London.

Macpherson was previously married to fashion photographer Gilles Bensimon from 1986 to 1989.

She dated French financier Arpad Busson for 10 years from 1995 to 2005 and has two sons with him: Arpad Flynn, 15, and Aurelius Cy, 10.
